Speaking of Volunteers... Volunteers are the driving force behind RCR's continuing 5 Star ***** rating with Woodall’s and other camping directories. Woodall's Top-Rated 5W RV parks and campgrounds have been announced for 2011 and once again Encore Royal Coachman is on this list. Woodall's Dual Rating System covers ratings for "Facilities" and "Recreation". Many residents already gladly volunteer their time, and you’ll see many of the same faces working on event after event after event.   Additional resident volunteers are needed to join in and either assist or coordinate events.   Many repeat events have committee reports and follow ups on what has worked and what hasn’t, which can be used as guidelines or the volunteer can start with a clean slate. Coordinators or lead volunteers are especially needed.  Some activities are in danger of not taking place.  Each month there is a Volunteer Meeting in the Club House to review the upcoming month’s calendar, discuss ideas for new or repeat events, and recruit residents to assist with the activity.   Your attendance is welcome and needed.
