Welcome to the Royal Coachman Resident's Advisory Board website designed and
administered by our webmaster Dick Waughtal for our residents. This site provides
important information about the park. The Real Macaw newspaper link will lead you to
information about park activities, upcoming events, amenities, guidelines and a monthly
calendar of events and activities. Back issues of The Real Macaw can also be found on this
website. The Activities link provides information about some of the activities that have
occurred this year including pictures and videos. We have a Resident's Directory that will
provide you with the resident's locations and contact information. Take some time to browse
